Stefan van der Kolk is a lead engineer at TenneT, a transmission utility in the Netherlands and Germany .
He started in 2005 as a design engineer at Royal Smit Transformers. After a couple of years he changed his role into project management for the US market, serving several major customers / utilities in the US.
The last 3 years at Smit, he worked in the quality department where a large part of his work consisted of organizing resolutions for failures (both FAT as well as on site).
